Why customers call us
A standard porta potty rental holds 60 to 70 gallons. That's the baseline for most jobs, but we stock deluxe units, ADA accessible models and restroom trailers for jobs where one box won't cut it. You tell us how many workers or guests you have and how long you need it. We show up on time, service it weekly under the ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 baseline interval, and pick it up when you're done. For construction sites, OSHA 1926.51(c)(1) sets the minimum: one toilet facility for every 20 workers or fewer. We help you count heads and rent the right number. Your site compliance is our job.
How we handle septic and grease work
Septic pumping is different. A residential septic tank is typically pumped every 3 to 5 years, driven by tank size and household size. We come out, assess the system, pump the tank and haul the waste. If you've got a grease interceptor serving a kitchen, we know when to pump it: when fats, oils, grease and solids reach 25 percent of the liquid depth. North Chicopee restaurants and catering operations call us for regular service so they don't back up into the kitchen. Holding tanks are pumped the same way, on schedule or on demand for emergency situations.

What we rent for events and cleanup
Construction dust and debris need a roll-off dumpster. Weddings, festivals and outdoor events need restroom trailers and handwashing stations. Handwashing is a legal requirement in certain contexts: under 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2), washing facilities must provide soap and towels or a hand drying device. We rent portable sinks with hot water that meet that standard. Temporary fencing contains work zones and protects the public. Storage containers sit on your lot for the duration of a renovation or build. Rentals in North Chicopee range from weekend events to month-long construction projects. We deliver to North Chicopee, Westfield (12.8 miles west), West Springfield Town (9.2 miles southwest), Enfield and Amherst Town.

Service calls and pricing
We service portable toilets once a week as standard practice. Same-day or next-day delivery is common. Weekend service runs extra. Call for a quote on any job size: a single unit for a home renovation, five units for a small crew, or a full restroom trailer setup with power for a concert or festival. We answer phones during business hours and respond to voicemail the next morning. North Chicopee customers pay no surprise fees. What you're quoted is what you pay.
How often do you service portable toilets?
Once per week is the baseline under ANSI/PSAI Z4.3. High-traffic events need extra visits. We schedule based on your job. Ask us about pricing for twice-weekly service.
Do you rent to homeowners?
Yes. Home renovation projects often need a porta potty for crews. Septic pumping is our most common homeowner call. Dumpsters and storage containers work too if you're clearing out a basement or replacing a roof.
Can you help with ADA compliance?
We stock ADA accessible units. Under ADA Standards section 213.2, at least 5 percent of single-user portable toilets, never fewer than one, must be accessible. We help you meet that rule and explain the placement requirements.
What areas do you serve?
North Chicopee is our home base. We deliver to Holyoke, West Springfield Town, Westfield, Enfield and Amherst Town. Call with your address and we'll confirm the route and any delivery fee.
How do I know what size dumpster to rent?
Tell us what you're throwing away: construction waste, household junk, landscaping debris. We help you pick the right dumpster size. Most renovation jobs use a 20 or 30 yard. Small cleanouts work with 10 yard. We drop it, you fill it, we haul it.
